Fury Brothers: Special Editions

I’m not searching for a hero, and certainly not interested in a fake relationship with my new boss, Dante Fury— a nightclub owner who stands over six feet tall, exuding darkness, heat, and danger. However, he refuses to accept my refusal.

My original plan was to flee, keep a low profile, and simply survive. My life has been torn apart by some truly terrible individuals, leaving me with nothing— no career, no friends, no family. I believed I could hide away as a bartender at Ember, the hottest new club in New Orleans.

I struggle to trust anyone, but when I become a target of an attack, Dante insists on becoming my protector by declaring me as his own. Nobody would dare lay a finger on a woman under the care of one of the Fury brothers. Suddenly, I find myself living in his home, being touched, kissed, and cared for by him.

Dante makes it nearly impossible to remember that our relationship is nothing but a charade. He sets my heart racing, yet I am aware that he is way out of my league, and he is guarding his own shattered pieces.

It feels surreal how right this fabricated intimacy seems. The antagonists refuse to surrender, but I am beginning to realize that the true threat to me may be Dante Fury.
