Each full pump dispenses approximately 1.3g of cream, containing 20mg of USP progesterone. This container includes around 65 pumps in total. To apply, massage 1 pump onto areas of smooth skin like wrists, inner arms or thighs, throat, abdomen, or chest, once or twice daily. Rotate the application areas for best results.

For premenopausal women, it is recommended to use the cream for 14 days leading up to the start of menstruation, then discontinue use and repeat. Menopausal women should use the cream for 21 days, pause for 7 days, and then repeat the cycle. These guidelines are general and may need adjustment to suit individual needs.
